My Story
With a background in people sciences (Psychology and Sociology, U of T), I always knew I wanted to help people. I found my sweet spot when I entered Humber College and completed the Human Resources Management Post Graduate Program many years ago.
​
As a child of immigrant parents looking for a better life, I learned quickly about hard work and doing more with less. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, my faith, family and friends all helped shape my philosophy - treat everyone with respect. I have always been able to build real relationships at all levels. Whether you are the CEO, a VP or a skilled trades worker on the shop floor, I pride myself in being able to communicate effectively no matter who you are, or where you land on an organizational chart. We all play an integral part in the success of the company!
I am driven by family, my very big family! Married for 20 years, father of 8 beautiful children, owner of a rescue dog and a bearded dragon - my house is always bustling with activity! I also spend time coaching High School volleyball and basketball teams in the Waterloo area, and of course, I am a huge Toronto sports fan - go Raptors, go Jays, and maybe go Leafs!
