My Story

My career has always been rooted in helping people and organizations succeed. My background in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Toronto, combined with my Human Resources Management Post-Graduate certification from Humber College, set the foundation for a practical, people-first approach to HR.

As the son of immigrant parents who came to Canada in search of a better life, I learned early the value of hard work, resilience, and treating others with respect. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, my faith, family, and community have shaped how I approach both life and business. I’ve built my career on strong relationships — whether working with executives, leadership teams, or employees on the front line. I believe every person plays a vital role in the success of an organization.

In addition to supporting businesses, I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate their careers — whether it's resume support, interview preparation, or career direction. I believe this kind of guidance should be practical, honest, and accessible, and I’ve made it a priority to keep these services affordable so more people can benefit from them.

Family continues to be my greatest motivator. I’ve been married for over 20 years and am a proud father of eight. With a growing family — and a grandson on the way — life is full, busy, and rewarding. Outside of work, I’ve spent years coaching high school volleyball and basketball in the Waterloo region, and I remain a loyal Toronto sports fan.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: help organizations build strong, compliant, and people-focused workplaces — while also supporting individuals in building meaningful, successful careers.
